At Adecco in León, we are looking to hire a maintenance person for a residence, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the facilities, equipment, and common areas.

The selected candidate will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and support with any issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the center, contributing to the well-being and comfort of the residents.

Functions:

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs.

Supervise the general condition of the facilities and detect any potential issues.

Carry out preventive maintenance tasks in rooms and common areas.

Previous experience in general maintenance roles in buildings, residences, hotels, communities, or similar facilities.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Technical training related to maintenance, facilities, or similar fields is a plus.
