Mission: The position requires a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring the efficient flow of materials and orders, managing supplier relationships, anticipating supply chain risks, and coordinating actions with different areas to guarantee an optimal service level. Key responsibilities: Manage supplier relationships, including operational follow-up and occasional visits. Ensure punctuality in order delivery and compliance with agreed deadlines. Analyze delays, incidents, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance. Collaborate with the downstream team to identify risks and propose preventive actions. Participate in weekly meetings with the Supply Chain team and suppliers. Coordinate with Procurement to align supply strategies and priorities. Implement corrective and preventive actions, as well as develop action plans to increase supplier capacity. Ensure an optimal supplier service rate and contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain. Required profile: Vocational training (FGS) or a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business. Experience in an electrical or industrial environment. Experience managing international suppliers and customers. Proficiency with tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Excel. English: B2 level. Availability for occasional travel. Soft skills: communication skills, organization, proactivity, results orientation, and the ability to work in a global environment and participate in corporate-level meetings. What will you get? El rol implica asegurar el flujo eficiente de materiales y pedidos, gestionar la relación con proveedores, anticipar riesgos en la cadena de suministro y coordinar acciones con distintas áreas para garantizar un nivel de servicio óptimo. Responsabilidades clave: Gestionar la relación con proveedores, incluyendo seguimiento operativo y visitas puntuales. Garantizar la puntualidad en la entrega de pedidos y el cumplimiento de los plazos acordados. Analizar retrasos, incidencias y oportunidades de mejora en el rendimiento de los proveedores. Colaborar con el equipo downstream para identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas. Participar en reuniones semanales con el equipo de Supply Chain y proveedores. Coordinar con Compras para alinear estrategias y prioridades de suministro. Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas, así como desarrollar planes de acción para aumentar la capacidad de los proveedores. Asegurar una tasa de servicio óptima de los proveedores y contribuir a la mejora continua de la cadena de suministro. Perfil requerido: Formación de FGS o Grado en Ingeniería, Logística o Comercial. Experiencia en entorno eléctrico o industrial. Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y clientes internacionales. Manejo de herramientas como SAP, Tableau y Excel. Inglés: nivel B2. Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual.
