What you'll do

  • Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team, managing priorities, eliminating bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and auxiliary facilities, minimizing production interruptions and maximizing equipment availability.
  • Ensure that machinery, equipment, and auxiliary facilities meet material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage suppliers and external consultants, selecting the best solutions and overseeing the provision of services.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Collaborate with the Production and Quality departments to resolve critical technical and quality issues.
  • Ensure the availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the workshop.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation and records.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager / Maintenance Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and best practices, WCM (World Class Manufacturing) standards, and industrial best practices.
  • Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
  • Good level of English.
