Serioplast, a world leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Maintenance Technician for its plant in Leioa, Spain!

• Ensure production continuity through the correct maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities, complying with health and safety regulations and with the company's standards, procedures, and policies.
• Perform the electromechanical installation and commissioning of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak detection equipment, chambers, palletizers, etc.).
• Perform periodic inspections of machines, equipment, and facilities, checking the corresponding parameters and measurement instrument readings; detect and replace worn parts and timely request necessary spare parts or technical support from suppliers to the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform the preparation, adjustment, and mechanical regulation of mold sets.
• Perform preventive maintenance of machines and equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan.
• Perform emergency repairs in case of breakdowns, stops, or failures, guaranteeing the complete recovery of the functionality of the machines and equipment.
• Provide support during inspections, reviews, and maintenance activities carried out by external suppliers.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities to track the service life of equipment and spare parts.

• Excellent practical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
• Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
• Good practical knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) standards.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and practices.
• Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
• Experience in a maintenance department within an industrial/manufacturing company.
• Availability to work shifts.
