The person hired will aim to promote the full participation of all students in the school dining environment, fostering autonomy, well-being, and inclusion through individualized interventions, technical advisory support, and accompaniment of educational teams.

What you'll do

Support and monitoring of students with special educational needs

  • Periodic visits to schools to observe and assess students' support needs.
  • Design and implementation of strategies that promote their autonomy, participation, and inclusion during lunch service and leisure spaces.
  • Development of individualized recommendations tailored to each case.
  • Identification of barriers that may hinder student participation and proposal of practical solutions.
  • Assessment of canteen and playground spaces to identify adaptation needs.
  • Proposal of organizational, methodological, and environmental adjustments that facilitate accessibility and participation for all students.
  • Design of visual resources, routines, communication supports, and adapted materials when necessary.
  • Technical support for coordinators, monitors, and canteen staff in managing situations related to students with specific needs.
  • Establishment of common action guidelines and intervention strategies.
  • Resolution of queries and follow-up on support plans implemented at each school.

Promote and develop the Inclusion Plan in the school environment and the canteen.

Team training: Development of training activities aimed at coordinators and monitors.

Requirements
