The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the leading private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nurses for the Inpatient Unit to strengthen its care team.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in inpatient units.
Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, clinical monitoring, medication administration, patient monitoring, nursing techniques, and application of unit-specific care protocols.
Ability to work with patients with various medical and surgical conditions, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
Previous experience in Inpatient Units, ICU, Recovery, or special care units will be valued.
Professionals with a caregiving vocation, teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a patient-centered approach.
