- Lead and inspire a cross-continental team of 45+ Mendix professionals across three regional hubs (Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific), fostering a high-performance culture built on innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of 50+ business-critical applications deployed globally, ensuring operational excellence, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across the entire portfolio.
- Drive the evaluation, selection, and integration of emerging low-code technologies, keeping the tech stack scalable, secure, and future-proof in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Act as the strategic bridge between technical teams and global business stakeholders, communicating platform progress, investment priorities, and roadmap decisions with clarity and executive-level impact.
- Act as Role model for low-code development, establishing delivery frameworks and standards, and best practices that scale across geographies.
