Requirements
University Degree preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and certification (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001), with proven auditing experience.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., rail, automotive, aerospace, medtech).
Experience in planning and conducting internal and external audits, alongside the development of comprehensive, end-to-end management systems.
Experience working with authorities and regulatory institutions is valued.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and normative frameworks.
Risk management, process management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, from shop floor level up to top management.
Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, is a key requirement for this role.
English and German fluency is required.
