We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team!

Your key responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project objectives, requirements, and plans, ensuring technical feasibility, proper resource allocation, and continuous progress monitoring.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, assess performance, and report/escalate critical issues when necessary.
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, gather detailed requirements, and ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk management and ensure full compliance with processes, documentation standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and third parties, including negotiation and management of claims.
Understand contractual obligations, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure technically robust claims and variation orders (VOs).
Develop delay analyses (EOT), cost and productivity assessments, and alternative project scenarios in collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare and present claims, manage escalations, and support negotiations with clients.
Produce structured reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and monitor relevant emerging trends.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Tax, and Compliance.
Participate in training, conferences, and prepare supporting technical documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps).
