About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Skechers, you will work alongside the Store Manager to drive business results, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a positive, motivating work environment. You will support the development of a high-performing team, promote operational excellence, and collaborate on the execution of commercial strategies that contribute to the store's success. What you'll do

  • Drive a customer-focused culture, delivering an excellent shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.
  • Support store management in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and loss prevention.
  • Contribute to the analysis of store performance by interpreting key indicators (KPIs) and collaborate on implementing action plans aimed at achieving results.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for the Skechers store team.
  • Provide support in scheduling and staff organization.
  • Keep the store organized and ensure proper product presentation.
  • Take on management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.

  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Previous experience in the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle sectors will be considered a plus.
