Store Manager (temporary) - Islazul

As a Store Manager at Skechers, you will manage and lead a team to drive business performance, deliver an excellent customer experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain the highest visual merchandising standards.

You will build and develop a high-performance, people-focused culture that fosters engagement, accountability, and growth. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key to ensuring the smooth running of the store, creating an attractive environment for customers, and directly contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Create a customer-focused culture that ensures an exceptional experience and encourages loyalty.
• Oversee store operations: openings and closings, inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention to ensure profitability.
• Drive overall store performance by achieving sales targets and key KPIs.
• Analyze business performance by interpreting KPIs and turning data into results-oriented action plans.
• Make operational decisions and prioritize actions based on business needs and customer impact.
• Lead the selection, training, and development of the store team.
• Manage shift scheduling and store coverage.
• Direct, support, and develop the team through continuous feedback and development plans.
• Maintain an inclusive, motivating, and results-driven environment.
• Ensure the proper organization of the store, product presentation, and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a position of responsibility in retail.
• Experience in sales management and achieving commercial targets.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1) and Spanish.
• Flexible working hours.

• Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle will be a plus.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

• Crear una cultura centrada en el cliente que garantice una experiencia excepcional y fomente la fidelización.
• Supervisar las operaciones de la tienda: aperturas y cierres, gestión de inventario, control de stock y prevención de pérdidas para asegurar la rentabilidad.
• Impulsar el rendimiento global de la tienda mediante la consecución de objetivos de ventas y KPIs clave.
• Analizar el rendimiento del negocio interpretando KPIs y transformando los datos en planes de acción orientados a resultados.
• Tomar decisiones operativas y priorizar acciones en función de las necesidades del negocio y del impacto en el cliente.
• Liderar la selección, formación y desarrollo del equipo de tienda.
• Gestionar la planificación de turnos y la cobertura de la tienda.
• Dirigir, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo mediante feedback continuo y planes de desarrollo.
• Mantener un entorno inclusivo, motivador y orientado a resultados.
• Garantizar la correcta organización de la tienda, la presentación del producto y el cumplimiento de los estándares de visual merchandising.
   

REQUISITOS

• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de responsabilidad en retail.
• Experiencia en gestión de ventas y consecución de objetivos comerciales.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación (oral, escrita e interpersonal).
• Nivel alto de inglés (B2–C1) y español.
• Disponibilidad horaria flexible.

• Experiencia en calzado, moda o lifestyle será un plus.
