What we're looking for

REQUIREMENTS

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a management role in retail.

  • Experience in sales management and achieving commercial targets.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).

  • Advanced level of English (B2–C1) and Spanish.

  • Flexible availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle will be a plus.
