Customer Service Manager Wholesale B2B - Portuguese / Spanish and English - Full Time
Responsible for all matters related to Wholesale Customers in Portugal and Spain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE
Monitor Order Flow: Supervise all orders passing through the Wholesale market
Manage a high volume of calls
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service for our wholesale customers.
Provide after-sales service that adds value to the customer relationship.
Management of calls, orders, replenishments, in-store service support, labeling, and logistical matters.
EDI Integration.
Sales reporting and analysis.
Refunds and Exchanges: Process necessary refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Email management
AUDIT (SOXX)
Work in accordance with SOXX policies and procedures.
OTHER DEPARTMENTS
Collaboration/communication in conjunction with the Finance, Marketing, and Sales Network Departments.
Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as requested/assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Good presentation and numerical skills
Proficiency in EXCEL - Pivot Table management, formulas, and Macros.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good computer skills
Data entry
Accuracy (alpha and numeric)
Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, emails, safety standards, policies and procedures, and operation/maintenance instructions.
