Set Assembly and Shooting Production Coordinator

We are looking for a person for the position of Set Assembly and Shooting Production Coordinator for our facilities in Villalonga. Their main duties would be the following:

• Coordinate the Assembly team.
• Supervise the management and storage of product in the Creativity area.
• Manage the assembly needs for Shoots.
• Ensure the proper receipt of goods needed for creative projects, making sure all deliveries arrive on time and in good condition.
• Coordinate the product assembly process, according to established procedures.
• Control the disassembly and redistribution of product in the Creativity area.

Buscamos una persona para el puesto de Coordinador/a de montaje de escenarios y producción de shooting para nuestras instalaciones de Villalonga. Sus principales funciones serían las siguientes:

• Coordinar al equipo de Montaje.
• Supervisar la gestión y almacenaje del producto en el área de Creatividad.
• Gestionar las necesidades de montaje de los Shooting.
• Velar por la correcta recepción de las mercancías necesarias para los proyectos creativos, asegurando que todas las recepciones lleguen en tiempo y forma.
• Coordinar el proceso de montaje del producto, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.
• Controlar el desmontaje y redistribución del producto en el área de Creatividad.
