Educator in Palafrugell

We want to incorporate a Social Educator, whose main mission is to promote good coexistence in the municipality, as well as to inform, detect, and support the needs of young people between 16 and 29 years old. Including support from the SIS Model, the revitalization of social venues, and networking with Social Services.

• Reference figure in charge of detecting, informing, and referring young people between 16 and 29 years old who are in public spaces, fostering their connection to resources and services in the area.

• Active participation in coordination with the municipal network, collaborating on different projects and initiatives according to the needs detected in the area.

• Management and dynamization of neighborhood spaces, ensuring the proper use of the spaces and promoting activities adapted to the youth reality of each area.

• Promotion of community work actions in network with the Espai Jove, Can Genís, and other resources for youth, favoring participation and social cohesion.

• Salary: EUR 23,219.64 per year.

• Schedule: 35 hours per week.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 8 PM, plus two mornings per week for internal tasks and coordination with area services. Additionally, one activity is carried out one Saturday per month.

• Completed degree in Social Education.

• Experience in youth care is valuable.

• Horari: De dilluns a divendres, de 15 h a 20 h, més dos matins setmanals destinats a tasques internes i de coordinació amb serveis del territori. A més, es realitza una activitat un dissabte al mes.
