Social Integrator for CE in L'Anoia - Night Shift

Social Integrator position for a service for unaccompanied migrant youth in L'Anoia. Night shift, with a team meeting during the week.

Role duties

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in developing the individual educational program.

• Promote and encourage hygienic, dietary, health, and study habits.

• Promote social skills to foster personal and social autonomy.

• Foster cohesion and integration within the group of adolescents through group techniques and strategies.

• Detect, prevent, and intervene in conflict situations.

• Support the child and adolescent in managing access to training at the different school and educational stages.

• Other duties arising from the service in relation to the reference family, the institution, the environment, and the educational team.

What do we offer?

• Temporary vacancy of 3 months with the possibility of extending the contract.

• Working hours: 38 hours/week.

• Schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM - Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Week 2: Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (team meeting).

• Salary: €1,925.02 gross per month + collective agreement allowances.

• Area: Santa Margarida de Montbui (Anoia).

• Start date: 08/28/2026.

CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH AREA

• Completed Higher Degree in Social Integration.

• Experience in caring for migrant youth is valued.

• Negative sexual offenses certificate.

• Hold a driver's license to get to the service.

• Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

Funcions del rol

• Col·laborar amb l’equip interdisciplinari en l’elaboració del programa educatiu individual.

• Potenciar i fomentar els hàbits higiènics, alimentaris, de salut i d’estudi.

• Potenciar les habilitats socials per afavorir l’autonomia personal i social.

• Afavorir la cohesió i la integració del grup d’ adolescents, mitjançant tècniques i estratègies de grup.

• Detectar, prevenir i intervenir en situacions conflictives.

• Acompanyar a l’infant i a l’adolescent en la gestions per l’accessibilitat a la formació en les diferents etapes escolars i formatives.

• Altres funcions derivades del servei en relació amb la família de referència, amb la institució, amb l’entorn i amb l’equip educatiu.

Què t’oferim?

• Vacant temporal de 3 mesos amb possibilitat d'allargar contracte.

• Jornada: 38h/setmanals.

• Horari:

  • Semana 1: dilluns a divendres de 23:00 a 8:00h - dissabte i diumenge de 20:00 a 8:00.

  • Setmana 2: Dimarts de 15:00 a 16:30 (reunió d'equip).

• Salari: 1.925,02€ bruts mensuals + plusos del conveni.

• Zona: Santa Margarida de Montbui (Anoia).

• Data incorporació: 28/08/2026.
