Youth Soccer Coach for Players Aged 18 and Over

If you are passionate about passing on the values of sport and helping players reach their full potential, this project is for you: a dynamic environment where soccer is the tool for growth.

Your mission will be to lead the technical and tactical development of the team with a squad of players over 18, always fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal improvement.

• You will plan and lead training sessions to improve individual and collective skills.
• You will analyze player performance to optimize strategy in each match.
• You will manage team dynamics, motivating each member to give their best.
• You will coordinate participation in competitions and tournaments, ensuring the well-being and safety of the team.

Option 1

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Plus match day

Compensation:

EUR 300 NET

Option 2

• Tuesday: 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM and Wednesday: 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Education and training

What will help you get off to a good start:

• Specialized training in sports coaching: it will give you the methodological foundation to structure effective sessions.
• Previous experience leading teams: it will allow you to manage the diversity of the group with confidence and leadership.

And you will earn extra points if:

• You hold an up-to-date federation qualification: it will make the regulatory and technical management of the team easier.

Soccer training methodologies, sports tactics, group management, basic first aid, and federation regulations.

• Analizarás el rendimiento de los jugadores para optimizar la estrategia en cada encuentro.
• Gestionarás la dinámica del grupo, motivando a cada integrante para que dé lo mejor de sí mismo.
• Coordinarás la participación en competiciones y torneos, asegurando el bienestar y la seguridad del equipo.

Opción 1

Horario:

• Martes: de 19:30 a 21:30
• Miércoles: de 20:00 a 21:30
• Viernes: de 20:00 a 21:30
• Más el día de partido

Retribución:

300 € NETOS

Opción 2

• Martes: de 19:30 a 21:30 y miércoles: de 20:00 a 21:30

250 € NETOS

• Formación especializada en entrenamiento deportivo: te dará la base metodológica para estructurar sesiones efectivas.
• Experiencia previa dirigiendo equipos: te permitirá gestionar la diversidad del grupo con seguridad y liderazgo.

• Posees una titulación federativa actualizada: te facilitará la gestión normativa y técnica del equipo.
