Your mission will be to manage the full payroll cycle and personnel administration, ensuring maximum accuracy and regulatory compliance in every process.

• You will manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring that each employee receives their correct and timely compensation.
• You will process hires, terminations, and changes with the Social Security system, keeping all documentation up to date.
• You will resolve employees' questions about their settlements, serving as a point of support and trust.
• You will prepare social reports and cost statements needed for department decision-making.

• Previous experience in payroll management will allow you to master operational processes and closing calendars with ease.
• Training in Labor Relations or Administration will give you the regulatory foundation needed to correctly apply the collective bargaining agreement.

Tu misión será gestionar el ciclo completo de nóminas y administración de personal, garantizando la máxima precisión y el cumplimiento normativo en cada proceso.

• Gestionarás el ciclo mensual de nóminas, asegurando que cada empleado reciba su remuneración correcta y a tiempo.
• Tramitarás las altas, bajas y variaciones en la Seguridad Social, manteniendo la documentación siempre al día.
• Resolverás las dudas de los trabajadores sobre sus liquidaciones, actuando como punto de apoyo y confianza.
• Elaborarás los informes sociales y reportes de costes necesarios para la toma de decisiones del departamento.
