Teleoperators for IT Marketing Agency - Sant Cugat del Vallès

From Synergie Rubí, we are selecting Teleoperators for a marketing agency specialized in IT products.

What would your duties be?

- Making phone calls to companies in the technology sector to present campaigns, events, or digital solutions.

- Identifying key contacts (IT managers, managers, etc.) within organizations.

- Recording and updating information in the database of potential clients.

- Qualifying leads according to criteria defined for each campaign (interest, technical profile, availability...).

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM. If you are a student, there may be flexibility with the schedule.

- Initial contract of 1 month, with the possibility of renewal.

- Salary of €10.30 gross per hour.

What profiles are we looking for?

- Students of Higher Degree in Networks and Communications, with basic technical knowledge.

- Professionals with experience in telemarketing.

- Knowledge of marketing, telemarketing, or the IT sector.

Desde Synergie Rubí estamos seleccionando Teleoperadores/as para una agencia de marketing especializada en productos del ámbito IT.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

- Realización de llamadas telefónicas a empresas del sector tecnológico para presentar campañas, eventos o soluciones digitales.

- Identificación de interlocutores clave (responsables IT, gerentes, etc.) dentro de las organizaciones.

- Registro y actualización de información en la base de datos de clientes potenciales.

- Cualificación de leads según criterios definidos por cada campaña (interés, perfil técnico, disponibilidad...).

- Horario: Lunes a jueves: 8:30–17:30 / Viernes: 8:30–14:30. Si eres estudiante, puede haber flexibilidad con el horario.

- Contrato inicial de 1 mes, con posibilidad de renovación.

- Salario de 10.30€ brutos/hora
