Your mission will be to accompany teams in the adoption and consolidation of agile practices, ensuring the correct operational implementation of work frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), as well as structured and efficient management of the Product Backlog through the proper use of Jira.
This role combines facilitation skills, methodological support, and practical assistance in structuring work.

Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and support in agile practices

• Support teams in the initial adoption of agile methodologies.
• Guide the operational implementation of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Promote principles of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in team workflow dynamics.

• Configure Scrum and Kanban projects in Jira.
• Define basic workflows aligned with the work model.
• Configure boards, epics, stories, tasks, and bugs.
• Ensure proper use of the tool in accordance with best practices.
• Support the initial structuring of workspaces.

• Support the Product Owner in organizing and maintaining the backlog.
• Facilitate refinement sessions.
• Ensure the correct breakdown of work:
  • Initiatives → Epics → Stories → Tasks.
• Ensure clarity in the definition of stories and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate estimation dynamics (Planning Poker, relative estimation).
• Support prioritization of the backlog based on value and effort criteria.
• Ensure proper preparation of the backlog for planning sessions.

5. Facilitation of agile events
Facilitate and provide support for:

• Daily Meetings
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Review
• Retrospectives
• User Story Mapping
• Project Inception
• Alignment workshops

Ensure the effectiveness of ceremonies and the achievement of session objectives.

• Facilitation skills.
• Clear and structured communication.
• Results orientation.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Autonomy. The role operates with operational autonomy in configuring and supporting teams, escalating complex situations regarding organizational transformation or structural impediments to the appropriate level.

• 3-5 years of experience in agile environments.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and using Jira.

• Scrum and Kanban.
• Product Backlog management and structuring.
• Estimation and prioritization techniques.
• Basic agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time).

Tu misión será acompañar a los equipos en la adopción y consolidación de prácticas ágiles, asegurando una correcta implementación operativa de los marcos de trabajo (Scrum y Kanban), así como una gestión estructurada y eficiente del Product Backlog mediante el uso adecuado de Jira.
Este rol combina capacidades de facilitación, acompañamiento metodológico y soporte práctico en la estructuración del trabajo.

Responsabilidades:
1. Implantación y acompañamiento en prácticas ágiles

• Apoyar a los equipos en la adopción inicial de metodologías ágiles.
• Guiar la implementación operativa de marcos Scrum y Kanban.
• Promover principios de transparencia, colaboración y mejora continua.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la dinámica de trabajo del equipo.

• Configurar proyectos Scrum y Kanban en Jira.
• Definir workflows básicos alineados con el modelo de trabajo.
• Configurar tableros, épicas, historias, tareas y bugs.
• Asegurar el uso adecuado de la herramienta conforme a buenas prácticas.
• Apoyar en la estructuración inicial de espacios de trabajo.

• Apoyar al Product Owner en la organización y mantenimiento del backlog.
• Facilitar sesiones de refinamiento.
• Garantizar la correcta descomposición del trabajo:
  • Iniciativas → Épicas → Historias → Tareas.
• Asegurar claridad en la definición de historias y criterios de aceptación.

• Facilitar dinámicas de estimación (Planning Poker, estimación relativa).
• Apoyar en la priorización del backlog bajo criterios de valor y esfuerzo.
• Asegurar la preparación adecuada del backlog para las planificaciones.

5. Facilitación de eventos ágiles
Facilitar y dar soporte en:

• Daily Meetings
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Review
• Retrospectivas
• User Story Mapping
• Inception de proyectos
• Talleres de alineamiento

Velar por la efectividad de las ceremonias y el cumplimiento de objetivos de cada sesión.

• Capacidad de facilitación.
• Comunicación clara y estructurada.
• Orientación a resultados.
• Capacidad de trabajo con equipos multidisciplinares.
• Mentalidad de mejora continua.
• Autonomía. El rol actúa con autonomía operativa en la configuración y acompañamiento de equipos, escalando situaciones complejas de transformación organizativa o impedimentos estructurales al nivel correspondiente.

• 3-5 años de experiencia en entornos ágiles.
• Experiencia previa como Scrum Master, Agile Coach o rol similar.
• Experiencia práctica en configuración y uso de Jira.

• Scrum y Kanban.
• Gestión y estructuración de Product Backlog.
• Técnicas de estimación y priorización.
• Métricas ágiles básicas (velocidad, burndown, lead time).
