Job description

Your mission will be to accompany teams in the adoption and consolidation of agile practices, ensuring the correct operational implementation of work frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), as well as structured and efficient management of the Product Backlog through the proper use of Jira.
This role combines facilitation skills, methodological support, and practical assistance in structuring work.

Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and support in agile practices

  • Support teams in the initial adoption of agile methodologies.
  • Guide the operational implementation of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Promote principles of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in team workflow dynamics.

2. Operational setup and management in Jira

  • Configure Scrum and Kanban projects in Jira.
  • Define basic workflows aligned with the work model.
  • Configure boards, epics, stories, tasks, and bugs.
  • Ensure proper use of the tool in accordance with best practices.
  • Support the initial structuring of workspaces.

3. Product Backlog Management

  • Support the Product Owner in organizing and maintaining the backlog.
  • Facilitate refinement sessions.
  • Ensure the correct breakdown of work:
    • Initiatives → Epics → Stories → Tasks.
  • Ensure clarity in the definition of stories and acceptance criteria.

4. Estimation and prioritization

  • Facilitate estimation dynamics (Planning Poker, relative estimation).
  • Support prioritization of the backlog based on value and effort criteria.
  • Ensure proper preparation of the backlog for planning sessions.

5. Facilitation of agile events
Facilitate and provide support for:

  • Daily Meetings
  • Sprint Planning
  • Sprint Review
  • Retrospectives
  • User Story Mapping
  • Project Inception
  • Alignment workshops

Ensure the effectiveness of ceremonies and the achievement of session objectives.
