AI Solutions Architect – Healthcare Sector (m/f/d)

At T-Systems we are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to take part in strategic digital transformation projects in the public healthcare sector.
The selected person will be responsible for designing, evolving and modernizing applications using Artificial Intelligence and generative AI tools, ensuring their integration with existing systems and their deployment in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments.
We are looking for a profile with a global vision of architecture, technical judgement, leadership skills and strong communication abilities, capable of turning business needs into robust, secure, scalable and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce the conceptual, functional and technical design of the solutions.
• Define and evolve application, service, integration and infrastructure architectures, selecting the most suitable technologies and considering microservices, containers, APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Design the integration of information from multiple sources and heterogeneous systems using synchronous and asynchronous mechanisms.
• Apply AI and generative AI tools to develop, modernize and automate applications and processes.
• Incorporate AI agents, RAG or other generative AI components when necessary.
• Define non-functional requirements, oversee technical quality and produce architecture documentation, coordinating with development, infrastructure, security, integration, QA and operations teams.
• Defend technical decisions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide technical leadership to development teams.
