Functional Software Analyst for Public Administration (m/f/d)

We are looking to add a Functional Analyst to our team in the software development area, ideally with experience with a major public client.

They will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into clear functional requirements that the technical team can implement. The applications are developed using HOST technology, but work is underway to migrate the system to Java and the cloud.

We are ideally looking for profiles based in Tarragona, although we will also consider applications from Barcelona.

Main responsibilities

• Requirements gathering
• Functional analysis and definition
• Generation of functional documentation
• Communication with the technical team
• Validation and participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client
• Support and continuous improvement

Essential requirements

• Advanced Catalan, spoken and written
• At least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst
• Good communication skills, both with clients and development teams
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Empathy with the user/client

Se encargará de comprender las necesidades del negocio y traducirlas en requisitos funcionales claros que el equipo técnico pueda implementar. Las aplicaciones se desarrollan utilizando tecnología HOST, pero se está trabajando para migrar el sistema a Java y cloud.
