Power Platform Specialist (m/f/d)

Microsoft Power Platform Specialist with experience in designing and developing solutions on the platform, who can also technically lead automation and low-code application initiatives.
The person will join a team focused on hyperautomation and business solutions, participating both in development and in defining architectures and best practices within the Power Platform environment.

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Participate in the definition of the platform's architecture and governance.
• Lead or coordinate developments within automation and low-code application projects.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to establishing best practices, standards, and platform evolution.

• Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Previous experience coordinating developments or acting as a technical reference in projects.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365, Azure ecosystem, or API integrations.
• Interest in areas such as process automation, AI agents, or low-code solutions.
• Experience with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder.
• Current Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, PL-200.
• Other certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365
• English proficiency will be valued for collaborating in international environments.

For the role of architect/specialist in PowerPlatform, the person should:

• +3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform in Enterprise environments.
• University degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technological field.
• Catalan at a professional level for interaction with clients and teams.

Especialista en Microsoft Power Platform con experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones sobre la plataforma, que pueda además liderar técnicamente iniciativas de automatización y aplicaciones low-code.
La persona se integrará en un equipo enfocado en hiperautomatización y soluciones de negocio, participando tanto en el desarrollo como en la definición de arquitecturas y buenas prácticas dentro del entorno Power Platform.

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones utilizando Power Apps, Power Automate y Power Platform.
• Participar en la definición de arquitectura y gobierno de la plataforma.
• Liderar o coordinar desarrollos dentro de proyectos de automatización y aplicaciones low-code.
• Colaborar con equipos funcionales y técnicos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
• Contribuir a establecer buenas prácticas, estándares y evolución de la plataforma.

• Experiencia trabajando con Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.).
• Capacidad para diseñar soluciones end-to-end dentro del ecosistema Microsoft.
• Experiencia previa coordinando desarrollos o actuando como referente técnico en proyectos.
• Conocimiento del ecosistema Microsoft 365, Azure o integraciones mediante APIs.
• Interés por ámbitos como automatización de procesos, agentes de IA o soluciones low-code.
• Experiencia con Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) y AI Builder.
• Certificaciones Microsoft vigentes: PL-400, PL-600, PL-200.
• Otras certificaciones asociadas a Power Platform, Azure o Dynamics 365
• Se valorará nivel de inglés para colaborar en entornos internacionales.
