ServiceNow APM Specialist

We are looking to bring on a ServiceNow APM Specialist to drive the architecture, governance, and rationalization of large-scale applications.

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow APM capabilities to ensure visibility, governance, and rationalization of the application portfolio.
  
• Maintain data integrations, dashboards, and alignment with CSDM and CMDB alongside architecture and governance teams.
  
• Configure and administer ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management rules.
  
• Develop custom solutions, scripts (JavaScript, REST/SOAP), and workflows to optimize platform performance.
  
• Lead technical sessions, demand assessments, and version upgrade activities aligned with best practices.
  

• Demonstrable experience of more than 4 years in development and management within the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Specialized experience and hands-on implementation of the ServiceNow APM module and the CSDM/CMDB model.
  
• Technical mastery of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide, Business Rules, and MID Server configuration.
  
• Experience in designing and developing API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  
• Advanced English level (C1) for interaction with international stakeholders.
  

• Hold ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ITILv3/ITIL4 certifications.
  
• Have experience working under agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  
• Are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.

• Experiencia demostrable de más de 4 años en desarrollo y gestión dentro de la plataforma ServiceNow.
  
• Experiencia especializada e implementación práctica en el módulo ServiceNow APM y modelo CSDM/CMDB.
  
• Dominio técnico de JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide, Business Rules y configuración de MID Server.
  
• Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de integraciones API (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  
• Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) para interacción con stakeholders internacionales.
  

• Cuentas con certificaciones ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) o ITILv3/ITIL4.
  
• Posees experiencia de trabajo bajo metodologías ágiles (Agile/Scrum).
