For the expansion of our Advanced Solutions Iberia team in Barcelona, we are looking for a person to join our paid internship program for recent graduates, with the possibility of completing an internship on a full-time basis.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include providing direct support to the Iberia team by:

  • Preparing quotes for products and services related to Veeam.

  • Processing customer orders and ensuring they are delivered on time and in full.

  • Working on contract renewals with existing customers.

  • Maintaining constant communication with the sales team to coordinate offers and business opportunities.

  • Interacting with partners and keeping them informed about ongoing offers.

  • Using tools such as SAP, Software store, QMT, Excel (to manage your daily tasks), Teams, and Email to carry out daily tasks.

  • Managing the existing base of Veeam partners and carrying out telemarketing activities to find new partners.

  • Documenting and recording relevant data in control sheets for reports and analysis.
