We are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist - Google Chrome to support the growth of Google Chrome and ChromeOS solutions in the Spanish market. The successful candidate will join the Cloud team and work alongside manufacturers, partners, and sales teams, taking part in pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and technical training.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior technical profiles who want to develop their career in the cloud, workplace, and digital workspace modernization space, gaining experience in one of the fastest-growing solutions within the Google ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Support the commercial and business team in presales activities related to Google ChromeOS and the Google ecosystem.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations for partners and customers.

• Resolve basic technical queries about ChromeOS, Chrome devices, and related use cases.

• Take part in training sessions for partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Collaborate on creating and adapting technical content, documentation, and enablement materials.

• Work closely with the European Google team and participate in training and certification programs.

• Support the identification of opportunities where ChromeOS solutions can add value for customers.

• Stay up to date with the latest Google Chrome portfolio news and digital workplace market trends.

• Between 6 months and 2 years of experience in technical support, presales, junior consulting, or IT environments.

• Interest in cloud technologies, digital workplace, virtualization, or device management.

• Basic knowledge of Google Chrome, ChromeOS, Google Workspace, or an interest in specializing in these technologies.

• Academic or professional experience in virtualization environments (VMware, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VDI) or device management solutions (MDM) is a plus.

• Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts clearly and simply.

• Good communication skills and customer orientation.

• Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and a desire to grow in a technical-commercial role.

• Intermediate level of English to participate in training and collaborate with international teams.

• Ability to work in a team and manage several initiatives simultaneously.

La persona se integrará en el equipo de Cloud y trabajará junto a fabricantes, partners y equipos comerciales, participando en actividades de preventa, demostraciones y formación técnica.

• Apoyar al equipo comercial y de negocio en actividades de preventa relacionadas con Google ChromeOS y el ecosistema Google.

• Preparar y realizar demostraciones de producto, workshops y presentaciones técnicas para partners y clientes.

• Participar en sesiones de formación para partners, clientes y equipos internos.

• Colaborar en la creación y adaptación de contenido técnico, documentación y material de enablement.

• Trabajar conjuntamente con el equipo europeo de Google y participar en programas de formación y certificación.

• Apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades donde las soluciones ChromeOS puedan aportar valor a los clientes.

• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las novedades del portfolio Google Chrome y las tendencias del mercado de digital workplace.

• Experiencia de entre 6 meses y 2 años en posiciones de soporte técnico, preventa, consultoría junior o entornos IT.

• Interés por las tecnologías cloud, digital workplace, virtualización o gestión de dispositivos.

• Conocimientos básicos de Google Chrome, ChromeOS, Google Workspace o interés por especializarse en estas tecnologías.

• Valorable experiencia académica o profesional en entornos de virtualización (VMware, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VDI) o soluciones de gestión de dispositivos (MDM).

• Capacidad para realizar presentaciones y explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y sencilla.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

• Capacidad de aprendizaje, proactividad y ganas de desarrollarse en un rol técnico-comercial.

• Nivel intermedio de inglés para participar en formaciones y colaborar con equipos internacionales.
