Job Description

From Temporing we are selecting a person for the maintenance of a hotel, located in Barcelona, for an important hotel in Barcelona. 

Functions:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.).

  • Detect and repair breakdowns or damage in the hotel's facilities. 

  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance. 

  • Supervise the proper operation of the building's technical systems. 

  • Comply with safety protocols and current regulations. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance of hotels or similar buildings.
