About the role

We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for an important company located in MADRID.

What you'll do

Main duties to perform:

  • Administrative and financial management: Keep the financial administration up to date: monitoring bank transactions, payments, invoice control and accounting documentation.
  • Donors and remittances: Rigorous management of the donation ecosystem. Preparation and review of bank remittances.
  • Document management and compliance: Support in the organization and maintenance of the documentation required to meet the legal and administrative obligations of a Foundation.
  • Customer service and internal support: Handling the general email inbox and phone. Support to the team in cross-cutting tasks: sending personalized emails (individual or bulk), organizing events, updating the contacts agenda, etc.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes. Move forward with task automation so that human talent is focused where it adds the most value.
