¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- At least 10 years of experience performing the responsibilities outlined above. Full professional in English. A second language is desirable.
- Extensive experience within the Study Abroad sector, particularly in managing and developing international programmes with the United States, Canada and UK.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with proven experience overseeing teams, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape in Madrid and its key institutions.
- Solid experience in student accommodation services.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, managing complex situations with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
