Key Responsibilities

• Define and own theInternational Customer Technology strategy and roadmap

• Identifyand prioritize scalable use cases across Order-to-Cash,logistics, inventory visibility, master data, procurement connectivity, and related workflows

• Lead customer connectivity throughAPIs, automation, digital integration, and scalable business platforms

• Enable stronger business integration with hospitals, hospital groups, health systems, procurement organizations, GPOs, and other strategic customers

• Establish governance, prioritization, and decision-making for customer technology initiatives across international markets

• Drive standardization and avoid fragmented local solutions through reusable platforms, templates, and integration approaches

• Serve as asparring partner for enabling technology teams, helping shape and enable early-stage technology adoption with key hospitals

• Help shape the internal organization's vision around customer connectivity by bringing customer needs, business value, and partnership opportunities into upstream technology discussions

Acting as the bridge between Commercial, International Strategic Partnerships, IT, enabling technology teams, and strategic customers, the role translates customer business needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions across customer connectivity, automation, APIs, digital integration, and enterprise business platforms.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
