Main Responsibilities

Duties in the HR Department

  • Coordination with the Labor Management Firm: You will be the key link between the company and our labor management firm, ensuring smooth and efficient communication for the proper handling of all personnel-related procedures.
  • Monthly Control and Management of Payroll Incidents: Your attention to detail will be crucial for reviewing, validating, and managing any incidents that may arise during the payroll preparation process, ensuring accuracy and punctuality in payment.
  • Sésame Management: You will handle Sésame, an essential tool for managing time clock records, absence control (vacations, sick leave, permits), and the custody of personnel documentation, keeping records updated and organized.
  • INE Salary Surveys: You will actively participate in the collection and preparation of the information required for the salary surveys of the National Statistics Institute (INE).
  • Preparation of the Annual Salary Register: You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of the annual salary register, complying with current regulations and ensuring transparency in the company's salary policy.

Duties in the Tax - Financial and Administrative Department

  • Accounting: You will support general accounting tasks, including invoice recording, bank reconciliations, and the preparation of documentation for accounting closings.
  • Immediate Information System (SII - Tax Agency): You will manage the submission of information through the SII, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and requirements established by the Tax Agency.
  • Various Administrative Tasks: You will carry out a range of general administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the department, such as filing, mail management, telephone support, and general support to the team.
