About the role
At Adecco, we are selecting Assembly Operators to join one of the leading companies in the home appliance industrial sector.
What you'll do
Main dutiesThe selected candidate will carry out tasks inherent to the manufacturing and assembly process, including:
- Pre-fabrication and pre-assembly of components.
- Assembly and disassembly of parts or units.
- Use of hand tools.
- Auxiliary line tasks: tidiness, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the workstation.
- Manual and physical activities related to the production process.
These tasks are carried out on pre-fabrication, pre-assembly, and assembly lines, and require precision, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial environments, production lines, or similar.
- Ability to perform manual and physical work.
- Availability to work rotating shifts or fixed shifts as needed. (Work would only take place during production peaks or weeks with staff absenteeism.)
