About the role

From our company, we are selecting a AREA MANAGER B for an important company dedicated to the employment training sector located in Cantabria.

Your main mission will be to ensure, manage, and supervise the implementation of subsidized training plans in the assigned territory, in order to ensure compliance with the strategic, technical, and economic objectives defined by Management, as well as to represent the company before collaborating entities, public bodies, and clients in the assigned territorial scope. 

What you'll do

Duties to perform:

  • Advise on the definition of the territorial strategy regarding subsidized training in coordination with Management. 
  • Plan subsidized training projects (state and regional) in your territory.
  • Ensure regulatory and technical compliance of programs funded by the different public administrations. 
  • Supervise the annual planning of training actions based on available calls and territorial demand.
  • Plan instructional design, pedagogical planning, and the launch of training actions, ensuring their suitability to the requirements of each call. 
  • Supervise the complete execution process of training actions, including quality control, incidents, and pedagogical results. 
  • Develop continuous evaluation procedures for programs to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction of students and collaborating entities. 
  • Supervise the selection processes of key suppliers: trainers, venues, teaching resources, technological platforms, etc. 
  • Ensure the accreditation and quality of contracted resources. 
  • Supervise dissemination and student recruitment campaigns based on the profile required by each call. 
  • Collaborate in the economic-financial analysis of the territory: revenues, costs, margins, and project profitability.
  • Supervise and ensure the correct economic and documentary justification of training plans before the calling administrations. 
  • Promote commercial activity and relationships with companies and entities in the territory to identify training needs and develop customized proposals.

  • Advanced Excel
