Commercial Manager at Point of Sale. Stable

We are looking for COMMERCIAL profiles for a project in the energy sector, to support the management/operations of the ATC of the office network. We offer a compensation package with base salary and variable pay, training, and growth opportunities.

The Commercial Manager will carry out the following duties:

• In-person customer service at the commercial office.

• Management of complaints, billing, social bonuses, and incidents.

• Cross-selling of energy products, services, and telephony.

• Marketing of heating and air conditioning equipment.

• Recruitment of external partners (calls, mailings, visits...)

We offer:

- Base salary €18,500 gross/year + commissions (from the first sale, with no exceptions and no maximum limit)

- Paid training, commissions from the first sale, and opportunities for development and growth within the company.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday; flexible schedule, entry from 8:00 to 9:00 and exit from 18:00 to 19:00

- Stable contract: initial 6 months + permanent

Buscamos para proyecto del sector energético, perfiles COMERCIALES, que apoyen la gestión/ operativa de ATC de la red de oficinas. Se ofrece paquete retributivo con base y variable, formación y oportunidad de crecimiento.

El/ La Gestor/a Comercial realizará las siguientes funciones:

• Atención presencial al cliente en oficina comercial.

• Gestión de reclamaciones, facturación, bonos sociales e incidencias.

• Venta cruzada de productos energéticos, servicios y telefonía.

• Comercialización de equipos de climatización y calefacción.

• Captación de colaboradores externos (llamadas, mailing, visitas…)

Se ofrece:

- Salario Base 18500€/ Bruto Año + comisiones (desde la primera venta, sin excepción y sin límite máximo)

- Formación remunerada, comisiones desde la primera venta y posibilidades de desarrollo y crecimiento en la empresa.
