Job description

We are looking for a SECOND-IN-CHARGE / ASSISTANT MANAGER for our WOMEN'SECRET store - CC OSITO (L'Eliana).

Some of your duties as Second-in-Charge / Assistant Manager, supporting the store manager, will be:

• Customer service and loyalty building. - Attending to and managing the fitting rooms. - Maintaining the store image, till and fitting rooms. - Operating the POS terminal. - Organizing, cleaning and keeping the stockroom tidy. - Assisting with visual merchandising and window display changes. - Leading, developing and training the team. - Monitoring and supervising commercial KPIs. - Full management of the point of sale and the team.

We offer a PERMANENT contract on a full-time basis.

Experience as a Manager or Second-in-Charge / Assistant Manager in stores in the textile sector or similar.

Buscamos un/a SEGUNDO/A ENCARGADO/A para nuestra tienda WOMEN'SECRET -CC OSITO (L´Eliana).

Algunas de tus funciones como Segundo/a Encargado/a, en apoyo a la encargada de la tienda, serán:

• Atención y fidelización de clientes.- Atención y control de probadores.- Mantener la imagen de la tienda, caja y probadores.- Manejo de TPV.- Organización, limpieza y orden del almacén.- Colaborar en cambios de visual merchandising y de escaparates.- Dirección, desarrollo y formación del equipo.- Control y supervisión de los KPIS comerciales. - Gestión integral del punto de venta y equipo.

Experiencia como Encargado/a o Segundo/a Encargado/a en tiendas del sector textil o similar.
