Women'secret is intimate fashion for self-confident women. Since 1993, it has offered corsetry, sleepwear, and swimwear that combine femininity, comfort, and quality.

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for our WOMEN'SECRET store at CC ARENA MULTIESPACIO, in Valencia

Some of your duties as Store Manager will be:

• Lead the store team, motivating and ensuring the achievement of objectives.- Guarantee excellent customer service and encourage customer loyalty.- Supervise the image of the point of sale and the correct daily operations (cash register, fitting rooms, warehouse).- Monitor the main commercial KPIs and propose improvement actions.- Collaborate in the implementation of visual merchandising and window display changes.- Manage the point of sale comprehensively.

We offer a permanent contract with a 40-hour working week and availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends).

The start date would be immediate.

Management

Residence in VALENCIA or good communication with the store.Experience as a Manager in textile or similar sector stores.Strong customer orientation.Proactivity.Availability to work rotating shifts.Experience in KPI management.Leadership and staff development.

Buscamos STORE MANAGER para nuestra tienda WOMEN'SECRET del CC ARENA MULTIESPACIO, en Valencia

Algunas de tus funciones como Encargado/a de la tienda serán:

• Liderar el equipo de tienda, motivando y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.- Garantizar una excelente atención al cliente y fomentar su fidelización.- Supervisar la imagen del punto de venta y la correcta operativa diaria (caja, probadores, almacén).- Controlar los principales KPIs comerciales y proponer acciones de mejora.- Colaborar en la implementación de cambios de visual merchandising y escaparates.- Gestionar de forma integral el punto de venta.

Ofrecemos un contrato indefinido con una jornada laboral a 40h semanales y disponibilidad para realizar turnos rotativos (mañanas, tardes y fines de semana).

La incorporación sería inmediata.
