Do you want to join a young and dynamic team through a paid internship?

This profile will report to and be part of the Operations team of The Key Talent's Software Factory. We develop technological products for Human Resources processes (recruitment and assessment center). You will be part of the operations team responsible for the product's Quality Assurance process, gathering user feedback and analytics, and incident management.

We offer the opportunity to join a young and dynamic team through a paid internship, as a complement to your training program, participating from day one within the product development flow.

What responsibilities will you have?

Quality Management: Perform product testing to verify the proper functioning of our software and detect potential errors so that the development team can resolve them as soon as possible.

Analytics: Provide support in performing support and quality analytics for the products.

Basic knowledge of software products, as you will be responsible for operating management tools such as Back Offices.

First-level support for TKT products (Panorama, AplyGo, and Games): provide responses to partners/internal clients regarding product queries and receive incidents/feedback.

Must be able to provide an immediate response to an incident in any of the products through the ticketing system, complying with our SLA.

If the incident requires a technical or product response, you will escalate it to the corresponding team, being responsible for prioritizing, understanding, and describing the problem.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?

Gestión de Calidad: Realizará testeo de los productos para comprobar el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestro software y detectar posibles errores para que el equipo de desarrollo pueda solventarlos lo antes posible.

Analíticas: Dará apoyo en la realización de analíticas de soporte y calidad de los productos.

Conocimientos básicos en productos software, ya que será responsable de operar herramientas de gestión tales como Back Offices.

Soporte de primer nivel a los productos de TKT (Panorama, AplyGo y Games): dar respuesta a partner/cliente interno sobre dudas acerca del producto y recepción de incidencias/feedback.

Debe ser capaz de dar respuesta inmediata ante una incidencia de cualquiera de los productos a través el sistema de ticketing, cumpliendo nuestro SLA.

Si la incidencia requiere una respuesta técnica o de producto, la escalará al equipo que corresponda, siendo el responsable de priorizar, entender y describir el problema.
