At The Key Talent, we are looking for a Backend Developer for our Software Development area to help us continue building the best SaaS for HR.

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and software development. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development and knowledge of Python and Django.

How do we work?

Cloud

We are cloud-based, serverless, with high availability and load balancers.

The day-to-day

You will belong to the Back team, but you will work with colleagues from Front, UX, Product, and Data analytics. We run 2-week sprints that we plan together and refine the backlog as a team; you will know everything that is brewing.

Where we work

We have offices in Madrid, on Velázquez Street, and you can come whenever you want. You can also telework when you need to. If you live outside of Madrid, we will see each other twice a year at our corporate events and via Teams.

Our Stack

We work with Python, Django, GIT, Docker, AWS, among others.

What you will do

Our platforms are consolidated in the market and we are ambitious, so you will create new functionalities, perform integrations, and provide input and influence technical decision-making. You can create as many POCs as you want.

When we work
