Tech Lead
At The Key Talent, we are looking for a Tech Lead for our Software Factory to help us keep building the best SaaS for HR.
You will join the Software team, and your role will focus on the maintenance and development of our recruitment and talent assessment platforms, used by our local and international partners and clients. We work in 2-week sprints that we plan together and refine the backlog as a team, so you will always know what's going on.
As a Tech Lead, you will have the autonomy and responsibility to technically lead processes across the entire product lifecycle, from architecture, design, development, delivery quality, and production, with an active role in programming. You will also be a technology reference, bringing new ideas to support the company's strategic decision-making. Additionally, team management will be part of your role.
We have offices in Madrid, on Calle Velázquez, and you can come in whenever you like. You can also work remotely whenever you need to. If you live outside Madrid, we meet twice a year for company events and via Teams.
Our schedule is flexible, but we typically work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we finish at 3:00 PM. During summer, we finish at 3:00 PM every day.
