The day-to-day

You will be part of the Software team, and your role will focus on the maintenance and development of our world-class recruitment and talent assessment platforms, used by our local and international partners and clients. We run 2-week sprints that we plan together and refine the backlog as a team; you will know everything that is happening.

Where we work

We have offices in Madrid, on Velázquez Street, and you can come whenever you want. You can also telework whenever you need to. If you live outside of Madrid, we will see each other twice a year at our corporate events and via Teams.

What you will do

Además, ser referente de tecnología, aportando nuevas ideas para la ayuda de toma de decisiones estratégica de la compañía. También, dentro de tu desarrollo estará la gestión de equipos.

Nuestro horario es flexible, pero solemos trabajar entre 9:00 y 19:00 de L - J. Los viernes salimos a las 15:00. En verano, salimos todos los días a las 15:00.
