The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a key role in helping customers solve complex challenges in their production processes.   • Participating in design reviews with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the correct transfer of awarded projects to implementation teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent experience in the industry.

  • Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or industries related to industrial equipment.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (essential requirement).
  • Experience supporting customers in sales, applications, technical service, technical support, or solution development.
  • Experience in sales, service, or other technical roles with direct customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and presentations for customers.
  • Experience in system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration.
  • Knowledge of CAD software and design tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Work permit or valid visa when required.
  • Availability to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
