Store Manager - part-time 32h/week

At Toni Pons Granada we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Team management:

Supervise and coordinate the sales team.

Staff selection, schedule management, and task assignment.

Collaborate in team training and development.

Sales and targets:

Define, propose, and implement commercial strategies.

Ensure monthly sales targets are met and track KPIs.

Stock management and Visual Merchandising:

Oversee product reception and organization.

Ensure an attractive product presentation, following the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.

Customer service:

Provide quality service and handle special situations with empathy and effectiveness.

Monday and Sunday off, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and Friday from 11:30am to 7:30pm

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
Gestión del equipo:

Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de ventas.

Selección de personal, gestión de horarios y asignación de tareas.

Colaborar en la formación y desarrollo del equipo.

Ventas y objetivos:

Definir, proponer e implementar estrategias comerciales.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales de ventas y hacer seguimiento de los KPIs.

Gestión de stock y Visual Merchandising:

Supervisar la recepción y organización del producto.

Garantizar una presentación atractiva del producto, siguiendo las directrices de visual merchandising de la marca.

Atención al cliente:

Ofrecer un servicio de calidad y gestionar situaciones especiales con empatía y eficacia.
