About the position

Do you have experience as a Panel Beater/Painter or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Alicante.

What you'll do

✔️Repairing damage to bodywork: straightening, replacing, and fitting panels, reinforcements, and auxiliary structures following manufacturer procedures and diagrams.

✔️Surface preparation: cleaning, derusting, sanding, applying primers, and using fillers and sealants to ensure a robust and durable finish.

✔️Applying paints and varnishes: mixing paints, adjusting colors, spraying using a spray gun, and managing drying and baking processes according to technical specifications and environmental regulations.

✔️Removing and fitting interior and exterior components when necessary for repairs and to protect adjacent parts.

✔️Inspecting and quality-controlling the finish: verifying color, texture, adhesion, and gloss levels before delivery to the customer.

✔️Managing work orders: recording interventions, times, materials consumed, and communicating with the parts department for replacement parts and paint supplies.

✔️Working with the workshop, after-sales, and sales teams to coordinate delivery deadlines, estimates, and monitoring of technical and cosmetic issues.

✔️Complying with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations in the use and management of paints and solvents, as well as participating in continuous improvement initiatives and technical training.
