Quality Manager (M/F/X)

📢 We Are Looking for You! We are seeking a Quality Manager (M/F/X) in Vitoria-Gasteiz 📢

Do you have experience as a Quality Manager or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in an industrial company located in the Jundiz Industrial Estate.

• Receiving and sending customer enquiries. Handling complaints.
• Initial analysis and rework of errors on the line.
• Coordinating the actions to be taken to resolve quality complaints.
• Coordinating the team of line assistants to ensure proper customer support.
• Updating quality records and reporting, while being involved in the continuous improvement of the process.
• Thorough control of rework instructions.
• Coordination of sorting and rework actions, immediate and subsequent measures on the corresponding shift. 

🎯 Contract: 6 months through a staffing agency + subsequent permanent hire with the company.

💰 Salary: €36,000 gross per year.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time. Work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and/or shifts (morning, afternoon, night).

🔹 Previous experience in similar positions.

¿Tienes experiencia como Responsable de Calidad o te gustaría dar el salto a este sector? ¡Esta puede ser tu oportunidad! Estamos buscando a personas con ganas de trabajar en una empresa industrial ubicada en el Polígono Industrial de Jundiz.

• Recepción y envío de consultas de clientes. Atender las reclamaciones.
• Análisis inicial y retrabajo de errores en la línea.
• Coordinar las acciones a tomar para subsanar las reclamaciones de calidad.
• Coordinar el equipo de asistentes en línea para garantizar el correcto soporte al cliente.
• Actualizar los registros de calidad e informar , implicándose en la continua mejora del proceso.
• Control exhaustivo de las instrucciones de retrabajo.
• Coordinación de acciones de clasificación y retrabajo, medidas inmediatas y posteriores en el turno correspondiente. 

🎯 Contrato: 6 meses por ett + posterior incorporación a empresa.

💰 Salario: 36.000€/ anuales brutos.
