About the role

📢 We Are Looking for You! We are looking for PRODUCTION OPERATORS (M/F/X) for an automotive company located in PALAU SOLITÀ I PLEGAMANS 📢

Do you have experience as a Production Operator in the automotive sector, carrying out tasks such as parts assembly, robotic welding, press operation or quality control? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work at a major automotive plant in Palau-Solità i Plegamans.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

🔹 Assembly and fitting of parts.

🔹 Robotic welding of automotive parts

🔹 Stamping

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Weekly renewal contracts with continuity

💰 Salary: €16.05 gross/hour for day shifts and €17.99 gross/hour for night shifts

📅 Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: Morning (6am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-10pm) and Night (10pm-6am)

Requirements

What are we looking for?

🔹 Recent experience of at least 6 months in production within the automotive sector.

🔹 Experience carrying out some of the following tasks: parts assembly, operating welding robots, stamping, parts inspection.

🔹 For some areas or sections, experience in logistics or forklift operation is valued.

🔹 Availability to work three shifts (M/A/N)

🔹 Own vehicle advisable to get to the workplace

🔹 Holding a 20-hour metal industry course certificate is valued

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
