What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Plan and control carpentry production to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

✔️ Supervise the operation of CNC machinery, Holzher, and 2- and 3-axis machining centers.

✔️ Organize and assign tasks to the production team, made up of between 8 and 15 people.

✔️ Monitor production processes and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

✔️ Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct manufacturing.

✔️ Coordinate communication between management and operators to optimize the daily work.

What we're looking for

🔹 Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the carpentry and joinery sector.

🔹 Demonstrable experience in handling and supervising CNC machinery (loading, unloading, and basic control).

🔹 Knowledge of Holzher® machining machinery and 2- and 3-axis machining centers.

🔹 Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.

🔹 Experience in leading and coordinating teams of between 8 and 15 people.
