Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE BANKING SECTOR, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Handling calls for a major banking institution.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: temporary, 2-month duration. Starting on 24/08.

💰 Salary: 9.71 euros gross per hour.

EUR 16,993 per year

Working hours: 39 Hours

Shift: 30 hours (morning shift) 08:00 to 16:00

Shift: 30 hours (afternoon shift) 15:00 to 22:00

📅 Schedule: There are two options, morning/afternoon shift. Morning slot from 8:00-16:00 and afternoon slot between 15:00-22:00. Monday to Sunday (maximum two weekends per month)

📅 Training: in-person for 5 days (from 29/07 to 04/08/2026) from 9:00-17:00

✔️ Atención de llamadas para una importante entidad bancaria.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: eventual de 2 meses de duración. Empezando el 24/08.

💰 Salario: 9,71 euros brutos la hora.
