About the role

We are looking for a versatile and committed technician to join our Operations team. This person will be responsible for the proactive and reactive maintenance of apartments occupied by guests, ensuring that all technical facilities work properly. Their work will range from electrical and appliance repairs to the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems and boilers, ensuring the highest quality in every intervention. Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to advise on identifying and resolving technical issues are required.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in installations and appliances.
  • Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning systems and boilers.
  • Perform touch-ups, sealing, cutting, and painting of walls.
  • Assemble and install furniture, decorations, coverings, lamps, and other elements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the quality and safety of all technical interventions.
