In this context, we want to bring on board, for the UNIR iTED Research Institute, a cybersecurity expert with teaching experience and experience in international research projects.

• Participate in the development of a sustainability strategy for an academic program on cybersecurity, in Europe, in English, in the long term.
• Participate in the preparation of new proposals, within the field of cybersecurity, to request European funding.
• Participate, as a UNIR representative, in international project meetings, in English, to present and defend corporate and academic positions, depending on the context of the research project or practical implementation developed.
• Preparation (instructional design) and delivery of subjects/modules on "Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing" and "Malware Analysis", and similar topics, in English.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity in Spain and at the European level, from a business and academic perspective.
• Experience in international research projects.
• Teaching experience.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship.

• Analytical capacity to draw conclusions from the initial tasks, strategy design, and the ability to launch a cybersecurity hub based on the needs in Spain, within the context of a European project.
• Creativity to propose activities that the hub can offer.
• Digital skills, since most of the work will be done online, and the organization of a Digital Hackathon is also planned.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
• A high level of English (C1-C2), reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to negotiate in English and interact effectively with partners from other countries.

• Participar en el desarrollo de una estrategia de sostenibilidad de un programa académico sobre ciberseguridad, en Europa, en inglés, a largo plazo.
• Participar en la preparación de nuevas propuestas, dentro de la temática de la ciberseguridad, para solicitar financiación europea.
• Participar, como representante de UNIR, en reuniones de proyecto internacionales, en inglés, para presentar y defender las posturas corporativas y académicas, según el contexto del proyecto de investigación o implementación práctica desarrollado.
• Preparación (diseño instruccional) e impartición de asignaturas/módulos en materia de “Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing” y “Malware Analysis”, y temas similares, en inglés.

• Conocimientos de ciberseguridad en España y a nivel europeo, desde una perspectiva empresarial y académica.
• Experiencia en proyectos de investigación internacionales.
• Experiencia docente.
• Nociones de emprendimiento.

• Capacidad analítica para extraer conclusiones de las primeras tareas, diseño de estrategia y capacidad para poner en marcha un hub de ciberseguridad en base a las necesidades en España, en el contexto de un proyecto europeo.
• Creatividad para proponer actividades que ofrezca el hub.
• Conocimientos digitales, puesto que la mayor parte se hará online, y se prevé la organización de un Hackathon Digital.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar y multinacional.
• Un nivel de inglés alto (C1-C2), leído, escrito y hablado, con capacidad para negociar en inglés e interactuar vivamente con socios de otros países.
