About the company
Palladium Hotel Group is a Spanish hospitality company that owns and operates a portfolio of hotels and resorts, primarily in Spain and Italy. The group manages iconic lifestyle brands such as BLESS, Only YOU, Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, and its namesake Palladium Hotels, with a strong presence in Ibiza and Madrid. Their operations span luxury, lifestyle, and resort segments, with a focus on the Mediterranean leisure market.
In Spain, the group is headquartered in Ibiza and has a significant operational footprint in Madrid, with additional properties in Peñíscola and Marbella. For international professionals, the group offers a multicultural, service-oriented work environment across its Spanish properties, with roles ranging from hotel operations and F&B to corporate functions like finance, HR, and legal. For International Professionals
- The group's corporate language is Spanish, but English is widely used in corporate roles and many hotel operations, especially in international brands like Hard Rock Hotel.
- Spain's hospitality sector is heavily regulated, and the group provides full legal contracts and social security coverage, which is standard for permanent roles.
- The group operates in popular expat destinations such as Ibiza and Marbella, offering a lifestyle that attracts many international professionals.
- Many roles, especially in hotels, are customer-facing and require Spanish proficiency, but corporate and management positions may be more accessible for non-Spanish speakers.
